Stoneledge Luxury Homes is a Full-Service Design/Build/Furnish Firm. This means that we provide complete service from plan conceptual design through final construction as well as interior design and move in services.

Design Services
Our design, construction and architecture team will hold your hand through the home design process. We have decades of experience pulling insightful lifestyle preferences and needs from our clients. We will hold your hand through the architectural process ensuring that all parties are on the same page from plan conception to key turnover. We are your one stop shop for an enjoyable build experience.

Construction Begins
During the construction phase, we provide you with the personalized login access to our Construction Management Software Suite (CMS). This details all aspects of the construction process; budgets, timetables, selections, communications, warranty, etc.

Post Framing & Pre Rough-in Walk Through
We meet together on-site to review the completion of the framing phase as well as review all of our electrical, mechanical and plumbing requirements prior to commencing the rough-ins.

Pre-Close Tour
Our team performs our final “quality control” inspections and internal punch lists we will meet on-site to review all aspects of the home so that you may ask relevant questions about systems and/or performance. We will also thoroughly review all finishes and final home construction quality. Taking note of any items that you feel may need to be addressed prior to closing. Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your home and that it is 100% complete at closing!

The Design Process
Our design team guides you through a personalized design process, starting with a detailed consultation to understand your vision. We collaborate with you to select premium materials and architectural features, ensuring every detail is crafted to reflect your lifestyle. The result is a custom home that’s both functional and timeless.

The Closing
It’s the best part! At closing you will receive a photo diary of your home’s construction process, a home information manual, a warranty booklet, and the keys to your new custom dream home.
